The scope of services covers preparation of complete design up to Tender & Construction documents which contain Architectural, Structural, MEP, Roads & Infrastructure design works of phase 1 of EIM complex.
This phase contains complete facilities (workshops, stores, Admin. Offices) of brands: Komatsu, Yutong and Cummins on a plot of approx. 20,000 m². The scope also covers full site supervision. Design services completed and project is under construction.
