MOHAMED BEN RASHED CITY PHASE 1 DCP

Project comprises the provision of district Cooling Plant DCP, to provide chilled water to Mohamed Bin Rashed City Phase-1.
Plant Capacity is 40,000 TR in addition to 8,000 TR thermal storage capacity.
The foot print of the plant is 135m x 60m including set backs. Scope of consultancy services includes:
Architecture, Structure/Civil, Process, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, RO, SCADA and Electrical Works.

Scope of Work:

Design & construction supervision of DCP 1  and CHW pipe network
