MEP Design and Supervision for the renovations works ( HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical works (power and light current) in certain
areas of the hotel as follows: Ground, First & second floors, consisting of: Main Lobbies, Restaurants , Ballrooms, Kitchens &
Swimming pool floor, In addition to 7 guest floors (Phase 1).
The scope of work included refurbishment and new design. In addition to carrying out the design of phases 2 and 3, consisting of 23 guest floors. Allied has carried out the renovation process in compliance with Hilton standards and design.
