A layout with an area of 120,000 m² which consists of 14 buildings related to plants and warehouses. The following are the areas of the main buildings:
Block A: 17,000 m² , Block B: 19,000 m² , Block C: 7,611 m² Block D: 1,450 m² , Block F: 2,200 m²
A 32,000 Refrigeration Tonnage single plant to replace existing 11 plants serving chilled water to ARAMCO Dhahran
Core area, the plant consists of water-cooled electric driven centrifugal chillers associated with a thermal Energy Storage
Tank of 7,000 TR and a distribution chilled water network with a portion utilizing the existing network.
Arch., Structure and MEP Design works related to design a 45000 TR combined District Cooling Plant and STP facility at Bahrain Bay. The scope also covers all technical assistance to contractor including shop drawings preparation, RFQ preparation and evaluation.
The scope covers full design and project management of Al Quoz District Cooling Plant with a capacity of 35,000TR. It also covers the review of the project distribution system. The project is designed to utilize primary secondary distribution approach and using water cooled centrifugal chillers arranged in series.
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning design of warehouse, production building of total area about 70,000m². The total tonnage is 3700 TR. The production building is classified under pharmaceutical industries where special care is required for indoor conditions control in addition to airborne particulate control.
The scope covers full design and project management of Mirdif District Cooling Plant with a capacity of 18,000 TR.
It also covers the review of the project distribution system.
The project is designed to utilize primary secondary distribution approach and using water cooled centrifugal chillers arranged in parallel.
MEP WORKS (Design) cold water systems Moles storage tanks C.W piping and pumps fermentation tanks e.w piping & Pumps.
The factory is about 4500sq.m (plot area)and specialized for animal feed and veterinary vaccines this factory includes the following buildings:-

– Office Building (Basement, Ground & 4 typical floors.
