The Dubai Tiara Towers project includes two similar towers of approximately 45 stories. The first tower is a 5 star Hotel and includes three basement levels, public areas in 9 levels and typical floors Hotel guest rooms.
second tower is a core and shell office tower and includes three basement levels, entrance level and typical floor offices.
The two towers total connected cooling load is 3000 TR. Two above ground car park blocks are provided to serve the towers. Each has 9 floors
